Credit Card Purchase Policy

If you have made a purchase using a credit card and later decide not to proceed with the order, you must contact us via email within 48 hours of placing the order to request a cancellation. After this window, the order may already be in processing or production, and cancellation may not be possible without additional charges.

Order Cancellation & Refund Charges

If a customer requests to cancel or refund their order after 48 hours of placing it, a $10 processing surcharge will be applied. This fee covers administrative and transaction costs incurred during the order handling. We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before finalizing the purchase to avoid unnecessary charges.
